Gourmet Filos

Our gourmet filos are wrapped in crisp, flaky filo pastry and ready to heat and serve.

  • Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Gourmet Filo: Chicken tenderloin marinated in white wine, enfolded in a creamy mushroom sauce finished in a crispy filo pastry.
  • Chicken Parmigana Gourmet Filo: Chicken tenderloin marinated in white wine, combined with Parmigiana sauce made form crushed tomatoes and parmesan cheese folded in a crispy filo pastry.
  • Creamy Chicken & Camembert Gourmet Filo: Chicken tenderloin marinated in white wine, enfolded in a creamy Camembert cheese sauce, with chopped onion and shallots wrapped in filo pastry.

Our premium filos feature the finest cuts of lean chunky steak, tender lamb pieces and succulent chicken and our unique slow-cooking process results in mouth-watering tenderness.

  • Garden Spinach & Fetta Premium Filo (Vegetarian): Sautéed spinach, silverbeet and onion in a creamy blend of crumbled fetta, cottage and tasty cheese, encased in filo pastry.

  • Vegan Curry Filo: Garam Masala inspired curry with sweet potato, ginger, carrot, chickpeas, coconut cream, turmeric, cumin and white pepper, enfolded in turmeric glazed filo pastry.

Gourmet Rolls

Our gourmet rolls are filled with fresh and flavoursome ingredients in a flaky pastry and are a quick and easy option for customers on the run.

  • Lean Beef Gourmet Roll: Lean beef mince seasoned with herbs and spices, combined with our Napolitana sauce, wrapped in a golden puff pastry and topped with sesame seeds.
  • Garden Spinach & Fetta Gourmet Roll (Vegetarian): Spinach and silverbeet enfolded in a creamy blend of crumbled fetta, onion and spices wrapped in a golden puff pastry and topped with poppy seeds.

Gourmet Scrolls

Our Gourmet Scrolls range showcases locally sourced produce and delivers a hearty vegetarian flavour hit.

  • Oven Roasted Vegetable Scroll: Pumpkin, sweet potato, eggplant, capsicum and zucchini combined with fetta and parmigiana sauce wrapped with soft ricotta into a filo scroll.
  • Spinach & Fetta Scroll: Spinach and silverbeet in a creamy blend of crumbled fetta, diced onion and spices, wrapped together with soft ricotta into a filo scroll.

Each gluten-free frittata is handmade with love by the Helen’s team, packed full of fresh locally sourced ingredients and enjoyed by coeliac and gluten-intolerant customers as well as those making.

  • Baby Spinach & Fetta Frittata (Gluten Free, Vegetarian): Spinach, silverbeet and sautéed onion, with a creamy blend of cheeses, topped with crumbed fetta.
  • Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Spinach & Fetta Frittata (Gluten Free, Vegetarian): A wholesome blend of sweet potato and pumpkin chunks, oven-roasted with Spanish onion and herbs, combined with red peppers, baby spinach and crumbled fetta.

Fritters

Corn & Zucchini Fritters (Gluten Free, Vegetarian): A combination of corn, zucchini, capsicum, onion, corn, egg & tasty cheese.
