XIN HUA CHENG FOOD: Balance. We not only use good quality meat, but also plenty of vegetables to make delicious high quality dumplings. Every bite is full of flavour, tasty and juicy and each flavour is unique. We believe our dumplings are perfectly suited to Australian homes.

XIN HUA CHENG FOOD: The dumplings can be pan fried, steamed or boiled.

FFW: Do the dumplings need to be defrosted?

XIN HUA CHENG FOOD: No, they can be cooked from frozen.

FFW: Do you offer any vegan varieties?

XIN HUA CHENG FOOD: Yes,our vegetable dumpling is vegan.

FFW: Why are dumplings so well-loved in Asian cuisine?

XIN HUA CHENG FOOD: There is cultural significiance. Plus, they are easy to cook and can be enjoyed for lunch, dinner and snacks.
