Moist Biltong – Slow air-dried steak of 100% premium grade beef. Choose from Lean or Fatty, Sticks or Sliced.
Medium Dry Biltong – Available in Mild Pepper and Chilli, in sliced or chunky pieces.
Dry Biltong – Available in Traditional, Chilli, and Mild Pepper, sticks or pieces.
Droewors – Air-dried sausage, lightly spiced and left to mature. Available in Traditional and Chilli.
Snap Sticks – Delicately air-dried snap sticks. Available in Traditional and Chilli.
