WAGYU AIR DRIED BEEF

BASTOURMA

Bastourma is a traditional dry-cured and air-dried prime cut beef topside. BEEF JERKY

LAMB PROSCIUTTO

This delicately cured and gently smoked leg of lamb is air-dried to preserve its tender texture and distinctive, subtly gamey flavour.
