Delicious Barbecue Sauces and Ketchups

Brooksmade’s wholesale sauces can be used as marinades before cooking meats or can be brushed over cooked dishes like a glaze. Add them to cream cheese to create delicious dips or drizzle over burgers, sandwiches and wraps. They’re brilliant with fries straight from the fryer, or can be served with meat pies, sausage rolls, hot dogs, roast vegies, stir fries and even curries.

5 Pepper Ketchup – A blend of Afro-Caribbean and Southern culinary influences featuring fresh bell peppers and Serrano peppers over a rich tomato base. Use it wherever you would ordinarily use regular ketchup but enjoy greater dimensions of flavour.
Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce – A soulful sauce that’s a bit sweet, a bit tangy, and plenty delicious, featuring mustard, brown sugar, red wine vinegar and spices. It’s South Carolina-inspired and is perfect for sandwiches and burgers, to serve alongside crispy fries, or to marinate meat before cooking.
Chocolat BBQ Sauce – For something a little different, this one has chocolate and spices for an interesting sweet and savoury flavour profile. Ideal for pulled meats, ribs, chops, to dress roasted vegies, or to add to chilli.
Georgia Sweet BBQ Sauce – Sweet, but not cloyingly sweet, it gives you authentic Southern barbecue flavour in a bottle. Delicious with shredded chicken and coleslaw. It gives summer picnic vibes in every drop.
Habanero BBQ Sauce – A bit hot, pretty smoky and loaded with flavour, this Caribbean-inspired sauce gives fruity island warmth to chilli, meatballs, pork chops and ribs.
Jalapeno Ketchup – Warmed with the addition of jalapenos, this one has moderate heat but also fresh flavour. Serve with fries, as a chutney alongside Indian or African dishes, or squirt on burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches.
