Costa’s Biskotery has baked gourmet biscuits and cookies for years that are incredibly popular with consumers. In 2016, they introduced a range of Superfood Energy and Protein Bites including Peanut Butter with Soy Protein Isolate, Goji Berries with Raw Cacao and Macadamia with Raw Seeds. The protein bites have been exceptionally well received with the same enthusiasm as the biscuits and cookies and they are made with the same dedication to quality and stringent standards in the company’s HACCP-accredited facility.

Costa’s listens to their customers! Their aim is to be the preferred supplier of wholesale protein bites to cafes, delis, retailers, caterers and wherever good food is to be found. When customers consistently asked for on-trend products to meet the increasing demand for vegan and gluten free products that contain raw, natural and sugar-free ingredients, Costa’s rose to the occasion and have been rewarded by repeat orders and glowing feedback.

Currently, the protein bites are available through cafes and delis around metropolitan Melbourne and country Victoria and are supplied direct and through distributors. The company is very interested in appointing distributors in other states and territories.
