Chocolate Muddies
Start with our Chocolate Mud Log. Cut into thirds. Use them all at once or return portions to the freezer and use as you need. A great option for a quick and cost-effective birthday cake.
Option 1: Top with berries and drizzle fine lines of melted white chocolate.
Option 2: Top with chocolate bark made with blueberries and crushed peppermint crisps. Sprinkle with more peppermint crisp.
Option 3: Simple chocolate stars and decos with candles. Add a sprinkle of coloured candy or silver cachous pearls.
White on White New York Cheesecake
Start with Priestley’s Baked New York Cheesecake. Pipe some curls of white chocolate cream cheese, crumble some Priestley’s mini pavlova, add chocolate balls and silver cachous.
Fruity Loaded Tart
Start with Priestley’s Apple Crumble Tartlet, add some Greek yoghurt, drizzle with Priestley’s passionfruit pulp and decorate with edible flowers. A great addition to the brunch menu.
Date & Honey Waffle
Toast a slice of Priestley’s Gluten Free Date & Honey loaf in a waffle press, top with mascarpone, sprinkle a combination of super seeds (hemp, flax, chia) add goji berries, pomegranate and drizzle with honey.
Cheesy Brekky Cake
Slice Priestley’s Gluten Free Pear & Walnut cake through the middle and fill with slices of gorgonzola. Add another slice of gorgonzola on top and bake to melt the cheese. This delicious savoury sweet creation works just as well for brunch, lunch or dessert.
Tiramisu Shot
Cut a piece of Priestley’s tiramisu slice in half. Place one half in an espresso glass, add a dollop of thickened cream and the other half of the slice. Decorate with a gold chocolate ball and coffee beans. Drizzle Priestley’s chocolate dessert sauce on the rim of the glass
Banana Bread Martini
Cut Priestley’s banana bread in cubes. Coat the inside of a martini glass with Priestley’s raspberry puree. Add a layer of bread, drizzle with custard and more fruit puree. Add more bread, and a dollop of thickened cream. Top with berries and finish with chocolate sticks and a light dusting of icing sugar.
Moroccan Berry Tart
Plate Priestley’s Gluten Free Choc Berry Tart. Add figs, Turkish delight, pomegranate and crushed pistachio. Finish with edible flowers and a drizzle of Priestley’s gluten free mixed berry coulis.
Peanut Butter & Berry Brownie
Load Priestley’s American Brownie with thickened cream, peanut butter cups, berries, a drizzle of peanut butter, Priestley’s mixed berry coulis and finish with edible flowers.
