ARANCINI BALLS

These traditional Sicilian risotto balls are named after the Italian word meaning ‘little oranges’, reflecting their shape and colour. Premium, tender arborio rice is moulded and filled, formed into balls then crumbed and deep fried. Arancini balls are wonderful as a snack or can form a part of a more substantial meal, served with salad or vegetables. Available in four flavours, they are supplied in trays of 6 balls (240g).

Moredough Kitchens' rich, traditional Bolognese sauce is a full-flavoured accompaniment for pasta, lasagne or even shepherd's pie. No need to spend hours at the stove, simmering and adjusting for flavour.

  Versatile and convenient, every pouch of Moredough Bolognese Sauce is packed with opportunities. Create traditional Italian dishes such as spaghetti or gnocchi bolognese or try it with Mexican tacos! You are only limited by your imagination. Nachos are superb; simply lay out a base of crunchy corn chips, spoon over Moredough Bolognese, sprinkle with shredded cheese and heat under the griller. Available in chilled and ambient, in 500g and 1kg pouches.

SOUPS

Every bowl of Moredough Kitchens soup is a bowl of satisfaction, from start to finish. Made using locally sourced, farm fresh ingredients, each of the flavours tastes like homemade. Simply heat in the microwave or on the stove top, ladle into a bowl and garnish with your choice of accompaniments such as garlic bread, crusty baguette, sour cream, chopped herbs or crunchy croutons.

  Victorian Sebago potatoes and local leeks form the basis of this silky soup, with wonderful savoury notes courtesy of Yarra Valley free range bacon.

  Just like it came from Nonna’s kitchen back home in Italy, it’s made with loads of fresh vegies and elevated to restaurant greatness with Giuseppe orecchiette from Puglia in Italy.
• Ham Hock & Red Lentil Soup
  Hearty and full-flavoured, this nutritious bowl of goodness makes the best of local produce including Yarra Valley free range ham, Wimmera red lentils and an abundance of fresh vegetables.
• Lamb, Pearl Barley & Rosemary Soup
  Premium Victorian western district lamb is paired with toothsome pearl barley and vegetables cooked to perfection. Pleasing umami flavours come from the addition of aromatic rosemary.
• Chicken & Quinoa Soup
