- Plantation Wood Roasted
The signature blend, Plantation is smooth and creamy in texture with a strong wood fired taste and aroma. This blend won Silver in the 2014 Australian International Coffee Awards. Origin: Ethiopia & India.
- The Brunette
Something a little sweeter, rich and complex, a superb balance. It offers a milk and dark chocolate aroma, nutty with intense caramel flavour and honey notes, a hint of fruity citrus, sweetness of honeycomb, a distinct cedar character and a long dark chocolate aftertaste. Origin: PNG, Brazil and India.
- Purple Flute
From six different origins comes this blend with a different roast profile. It has a very heavy butter Scottish flavour, tropical stone fruits, butter smooth silky texture. Beautiful milk chocolate, honey and caramel tone, medium to high acidity. 100% Arabica origins: Central Africa, Central America, South Asia.

The Wood Roaster’s newest blend! Smooth, pleasant acidity, smooth finish, nutty overtones and rich medium to full body. Origin: PNG, Indonesia, Colombia and Ethiopia.
- Calm Before the Storm
High grade speciality coffee species (98% Arabica, 2% Robusta). Most delicate but exotic, juicy, brandy-toned. Also hints of blueberry, pineapple, lilac and brandy. Roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Flavour consolidates but maintains sweetness in a long, resonantly drying finish.
- Swiss Water Decaf Wood Roasted
The Wood Roaster soaks coffee beans for hours in water to draw out the caffeine, as well as some of the components that give the coffee flavour and aroma. The caffeine-rich water is then run through a pre-treated charcoal bed to remove the caffeine.
- Organic Wood Roasted
Fair Trade, 100% certified organic blend. The beans are carefully grown and harvested in Peru, without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers. Delicate aromas of spice and maple syrup. Cup has a silky mouthfeel with flavours of butter and cocoa. This blend won Bronze in the 2013 Golden Bean awards.
