Per Me (“for me”) is a certified Organic Toscano PGI extra virgin olive oil that is sustainably grown and harvested from the Manni olive tree grove perched on the slopes of the volcanic Mt Amiata in the south of Tuscany.

The experts say: “It's a powerful oil. At the nose, it has an intense, clean, and fresh scent of green herbs. In the mouth, it's elegant and pleasant with notes of green olives, artichoke, and freshly cracked pepper. It has a long aftertaste."

High in antioxidants, it is a healthful oil that pairs well with red meat, robust sauces, hard cheeses, crusty bread and various spices.

Manni Grand Cru 2021 ‘Per Mio Figlio’

Per Mio Figlio (“for my son”) is a more delicate variety than the other of the Grand Crus (Per Me). Created by the company’s founder, Armando Manni for his son, Lorenzo in 2001.

The experts say: “It is a very delicate oil.  At the nose, it is clean, fresh with the scent of herbs. In the mouth, it's pleasant with notes of green olives, artichoke, and cardoon. It has a smooth aftertaste."

High in antioxidants, it pairs beautifully with poultry, fish, vegetables and even desserts and is superb with pasta and Parmigiano cheese.
