The Matcha and Sencha come from a single location, the birthplace of Japanese green tea, just outside of Kyoto. Produced on a single family-run farm, the tea is the only crop grown and is farmed the same way it has been since 1858. The tea leaves are processed locally and packed in the same place, minimising the journey from soil to sip.
