Choose from individual slices, beautiful cakes that can be sliced into 14 portions and slab cakes that are ideal for large catered events.
The company operates out of its state-of-the-art HACCP-approved facility and employs a Just-in-Time manufacturing process that allows them to provide unique recipes and solutions for valued customers.
Chilton’s wholesale cakes are 28cm/11in round and the number of slices per cake is 14.
- Apple Cake with Maple Syrup Sauce
Lovely afternoon tea cake made with fresh apples and cinnamon. Serve with maple sauce (included) and thick cream. Variation: Apple & Rhubarb Cake with Maple Syrup Sauce
- Apple Crumble Cake
A yummy buttery pound cake covered in apples then topped with crunchy crumble consisting of butter, brown sugar, almonds, coconut and oats. Variations: Apple & Rhubarb; Apple & Berry; Peach; Apricot; Peach & Berry; Apricot & Berry.
- Bread & Butter Pudding
Made with rich, buttery croissants and filled with raspberry jam then baked in traditional custard with raspberry coulis and sultanas.
- Caramel Banana Cake
Moist banana cake with creamy caramel icing and sugared banana pieces. Also available is Plain Banana Cake.
- Caramel Pear Syrup Cake
Lovely cinnamon upside down cake made with fresh layered pears, cooked in golden caramel sugar syrup. Includes 280ml caramel sauce.
- Carrot Cake
Classic carrot cake featuring pineapple, coconut and spices. Topped with cream cheese frosting and nuts. Also available is Plain Carrot Cake.
- Chocolate Cherry Croissant Pudding
Features croissants, sour cherries, chocolate and egg custard, all baked into a wonderful pudding.

Slab cakes are primarily used at functions and large catered events. They are easy to portion and cut into uniform pieces. See descriptions above. Sizing depends on the cake. 30cm sq can be cut into 30-40 slices and 38cm sq can be cut into 50-60 slices.

Sized 10cm wide x 21cm long x 7cm high, Chilton’s loaf cakes can be sliced and presented ready to grab and go at the counter. Or, serve toasted with butter and jam. Cut into approximately 10-12 slices as you prefer.
