ArancinoMania

ArancinoMania is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of gourmet Italian products. Based in Perth, the company was established in early 2008 by Sicilian-born chef Tino Pintaudi and his wife Giusi, who wanted to bring a taste of Sicily to Australia. Together, they’re sharing their passion for the rich flavours of Sicilian cuisine with friends, foodies, and businesses alike.

Their specialist product, ArancinoMania, is a gourmet line of bite-size savoury and sweet Arancini and Gnocchi. The products are proudly made in WA using the finest local and imported ingredients, and the company is always developing fresh and exciting flavours and dishes at their Perth kitchen.

Prinz of Vienna was established in July 2000 by husband and wife team, Michael and Margie Prinz. After a long and impressive career with five-star hotels in the Asia/Pacific region and 22 years of winning customers and astounding local business growth, they are proud to be one of the favourites in the retail and foodservice industry in WA.

Their lines of handcrafted fresh and frozen cakes and pastries are made in their purpose built, state-of-the art, fully HACCP approved facility in Perth.

With investments in new technology and equipment that reduce preparation time without compromising high standards of taste and quality, they can now meet national supply chain requirements with ease.

Their vision is to offer 5-star products at a great price. Products are delivered frozen (IQF) with 12 months shelf life (frozen) and 5-to-10-day shelf-life once thawed.

Onsite preparation time is minimal with little to no wastage, and Prinz of Vienna are confident that their range of products will prove to be an extremely cost-efficient menu choice, many levels above competitors’ mass-produced fare.
